confused, stupid people

hello...I have been under the weather the past few days. I am better now. I am writing this blog so late because I can't sleep. Anyways, things that happened recently: my sis got into an auto accident (she's fine but the car is not), my mom came back home (woo-hoo), and I got an Xbox 360 (which got the one ring of death but I fixed it).

When I started thinking about this topic it was about the speed limits but now this includes the health reform debate.

I was reading an article on how a driver got pulled over and got a ticket for going 58(mph) in a 65. How is the braking the law? The minimum speed limit of a highway is 45mph. According to the law, he needs to be between 45 and 65; slow drivers must be in the right lane. I don't remember if he was in the right lane or not. Maybe the officer made a mistake or something. I would say, concentrate on the drivers who go 75, 80+ who are weaving in and out of lanes. Don't tell me you have never seen that before. The comments on the article really disturbed me. Some people thought that the driver deserved it and that is dangerous to other drivers. Again, I disagree with that comment on deserving it if he is going 55 in the right lane it's all right. I was reading more and more comments it kept on getting more and more ridiculous. Comments were like "good, I hate slow drivers" and "I don't have to worry about speeding, now". My reaction is "wow, I can't believe what these people are saying". Then I just closed the page. I drive, nowadays, little or at the speed limit in the right lane. If you wanna pass, pass me I ain't stopping you, but if you are passing other cars in the right lane then I won't budge, it's my right. It is called the "speed limit"; that's the highest speed you can go without breaking the law. Duh!

This whole health care reform debate is driving me nuts. I am a bit confused about this. I really do think we need to better the health care system but how do we do that? Is this the best idea? Maybe, maybe not but it's better than nothing. This county spends the most in health care but have the 35th ranked life-expectancy. This completely unacceptable. What's with the death panels crap? Please, anybody with common sense knows there is no such thing. Let me get this out there: Sarah Palin is an I-D-I-O-T. God, she could have been VP of this nation. That's a scary thought. She quit on her state, what would she done in office of the VP? Anyways, back to the topic in hand. I have never heard so many stupid questions and comments against our congressman/women. Everything from Nazism, socialism, and Hitler bs. They should get their facts straight. How can anybody compare Obama to Hitler is beyond me? How uneducated is our country? Well, if 2/3 of the people don't know the three branches of government is, it speaks for itself. If you don't know what I am talking about, go to youtube or yahoo or some other site. The citizens aren't the only problem but the congress people are too, especially the Republicans. Why are they so against this? Where are their plan? I don't see one. They really, don't care about the health care industry at all. If they did, this wouldn't be so problematic. They can put troops in Iraq and Afghanistan but not work on this. Hmm....something fishy is going on.

Well, I can go on forever. TTYL.

Just bored...

Hey. I am plain bored, right now. This will be a short post. Do you know what I call my blog? My own online diary. I mean it really is. I didn't say personal but in essence it is. Do you know what's a good memory? A blessing and a curse. Because you remember the good and the bad. With my life there are more bad ones than good ones, at least recently.

I haven't worked out in days and have lost a lot of weight. I got to start eating more but I am sick of the same food I miss my mom's cooking although I see her everyday. I just want her to get better and she is albeit slowly. She might even come back home soon. That's it for now. Bye.

Long time, no post

Hey guys... There are many things that have happened since I have posted last. I started my six flags job, it's been fun and exhausting. My mom has her ups and down days. One day she'll feel great and others no so much. We had to take her to the ER a couple of times just as a precaution. It'll be awhile before she returns to normal or close to it. I had car trouble during this time. My front tires went bad, the rod went bad, and someone hit a golf ball that went thru the driver's side window. On top of that I heard "Bad day" three times in one day. So I am still broke even though I have a job. I did buy an Iphone though. It's been a while since I bought anything new.

Can you believe this decade is coming to an end? Wow. It doesn't feel that long ago where everyone was taking "Y2K", "Y2K" and "it's going to be the end of the world". We had to deal with Bush and his lousy leadership that has screwed this country for awhile. We are in two wars still, well one is about to end, Iraq, and the other , Afghanistan, is still going. Gas prices were good early this decade but have risen i recent times. We saw Britney's rise, fall, and rise again. Michael Jordan unretired and retired for the final time. A lot of shows ended like "Friends" but some shows are still going like "The Simpsons". OJ finally went to jail not for murder but for armed burglary. The Enron scandal and other things. What will you remember from this decade?

There is a big battle about health care in this country and how to reform it. Whatever the outcome of it is, I just want it to better the health care industry. Obviously that won't happen because the government and it's leaders are stooooopid. I have already touched on this subject, so, I won't indulge in it any further. Do you know why people are in debt? Just look at the government. The difference nobody's takin their money and they are taking ours. What else are they going to tax?

I have this weekend off...woo-hoo. It's gonna be a scorcher. I am going to chill inside in air-conditioning. 'Til next time...see ya.
