Hey. It's been awhile so let's jump in.
2009 is about over and thank god. This year had to be one of worse ever for me. Everything from school, my mom's health, and all other stuff it was too much. There was pretty much nothing that went well this year. Although, I did see New York for the first time. I am looking forward to the upcoming year, hopefully this will go better than the last one. My goals this year will be somehow getting my degree by any means necessary. Get a decent paying job. Keep on getting buff. Learn more things about everything.
2009 saw a lot of things. The main news was the celebrity deaths. There were so many well known people who died, the big one was Michael Jackson. There are so many others, it'll take a lot of time. President Obama did a decent job with the cards he was dealt with, but expected much more from him. The heated health care debate was also big this year, peaking during the summer time. I already have told what I felt about this topic. Scandals were another big thing this year, especially, Tiger Woods. American Idol crowned another winner who you won't hear much from. Reality tv getting more ridiculous.
Anyways, let's see if people learn from their mistakes and move on. A fresh start to a new year, wait, this will be the best yet.

government...
...Not like those free-loading banks...what?..our government sucks. It just does. It's all about efficiency and saving money; at the same time helping fellow citizens. That's not the case. I have never seen any one or thing waste so much money, using it for useless things. Yet, they always find new things to tax us on. The war on Iraq should have never happened. There's billions of dollars that could be used on helping the homeless or the middle class. We are there for one thing...you know what it is. The government is run by large corporations and banks. It's so freaking obvious...just look at who got bailouts and who didn't. Of course they (the government) will save their ass and not give it to the people who need it. I think the reasoning behind the bailout is just a bunch of bull. They should have let them collapse. It just sets a bad precedent. What did they learn from this? Will they make the same mistakes? Only time will tell. The health care bill sucks because they took out so much what I wanted and compromised. Bastards. It's better than nothing but still not good enough. Enough with this. If I hear an argument that there is a separation between Church and State, I will be pissed off beyond anything.
It's not all bad. WE are spoiled here. Look what we get that others but someone will still complain. There always work to be done. Until things get better or whenever we will have a leader who'll tell the corporations to suck it; this will be the status quo.

Sickening...part three
Hey. I'll continue my random topics rant in just a moment. Our first winter storm is on its way. Winter has officially arrived, I just hope it isn't as bad as last year.
Do you know what I am sick of? The stupidest movie/book overhype in history:Twilight. The story about vampires ooooh. Jeez, shut up already. If you aren't familiar with story, where have you been? But, if you need a short version...google "cracked twilight". I tried to put the link but it didn't work. The whole series is there. Anyways, if I hear Team Edward or team Jacob I will go nuts. Any right-minded person will think that these books are insane. Check it out for yourself, I am not kidding.
What has happened to Television? I swear there were better shows 10 years ago than there are now. Is it me or are there way too many medical shows? Anyways, I only watch seven scripted shows: HIMYM (how i met your mother), BBT (Big Bang Theory), White Collar, The Mentalist, Chuck and Burn Notice. White Collar is going on hiatus, while Chuck and Burn Notice are on hiatus. It's just hard to find good shows. The quality is sooooo bad. The combination of writing, directing and acting are nowadays a rare breed. Law and Order, CSI,Lost, and at one time Heroes all used to be good and now they suck. Those shows are past their primes but is still being aired. Ugh.
It's not like Reality tv is any better. The two shows I watch is The Biggest Loser and The Amazing Race. I only watch The Biggest Loser for the contestants and how the change their lives. I mean most of the reality shows are crap because they are rigged. Since when did American Idol got it right? I will talk about that in another post. It's all about ratings and money. Even so, many of those should never be made in the first place. I don't even know who watches the crap they put on MTV or VH1. Who's idea was it to put douches on tv and make them famous (Heidi and Spencer)? What do you call "The Hills"? Reality or scripted? It doesn't matter, the show sucks.
Out here road construction sucks. It feels like it's year round and it takes forever to fix one thing. When they say it'll be done in 2009, it means December 31, 2009. The only time when construction isn't being done, it's freaking cold outside. So, when you are driving the windows are always up. On top of that, it is usually done over-budget and late, wasting our taxpayers money. Jeez.

sickening part two
This is part two of sickening. Please read the part one.
Let me continue. The party crashers at Obama's White House party are getting way too much attention. Okay, they got in and really thought they were invited. Maybe it was a mistake but enough of that. They got their 15 minutes and now buh-bye. Obama's presidency is going all right but not without controversy. The obvious war, health care,and other stuff. He has been put on such a high pedestal what did you think would happen? There is no way everything can fixed within a year. It's not possible. I won't judge his presidency until the third year and then we'll see what has done.
Afghanistan and Iraq was a mistake made by the Bush administration and yet Obama gets the blame somehow. Why are we sending more troops to Afghanistan? I think it is going worse than they are letting on or something else completely. There should only be a deadline of troops coming back if only: they give up or they win. That's it.
Health care is this country sucks only if you get sick, otherwise it's not that bad. I hear the arguments that people all over the world get treatments in the country. Umm, I think they are rich and the middle-class Americans are the one struggling. The health care bill that's out there would barely put a dent into this problem. Way too many concessions. I would rather start from scratch and find something that everyone agrees with. I am tired of the argument of it will kill private insurance. Are you insane? How about privatizing everything? Our mail, garbage, roads, and other stuff be privatized. Public and private companies can coexist, there's proof right now. Think people. Think.
A quick comment on Tiger Woods. We find out he is not a perfect person but who is. He cheated on is wife. Again, I feel bad for his kids. Isn't it always the kids get pulled into this? He somewhat apologized for his actions and I am disappointed in that. Be a man, admit to your mistakes and everyone else will move on.Hopefully, he'll get things straightened out with his family behind closed doors.

sickening......
There are so many things that annoy me, irritate me, well, sicken me.
Let's start off with infomercials. Those get-rich-quick schemes, exercises, diets, and other products. If they all had worked, why put them on late at night or have specific channel for their product? You see all those exercise infomercials but do you see anyone out of shape? Most of those programs requires time and dedication which many people have a problem with because they are out of shape. What make me even more angry are those diet pills or diet "miracles". It just sends a bad message: "here's a pill that will undo all the damage that has been done over the years". There is no such thing, exercise and diet will do the trick. It takes time to put on the weight, so it'll take time to take it off.
I don't like random people telling me what to do. For instance, PETA telling it's wrong to treat animal unethically. Duh, I know it's wrong but you don't have to remind me every single time. Pouring paint on fur is going a little bit overboard, isn't it? Some people don't change no matter what you do, so move on. I hate that church in Kansas that keeps on saying "the bible says that homosexuals is a sin". Please....give me a break. There are a lot of things that are said in the bible, and if any of these were true believers that wouldn't say stuff like that. I don't like Bob Harper telling that Extra gum will help my cravings or tell me to get off the couch and exercise. I get the point but jeez.
The holiday season is upon us and it starts with the holiday crap. I understand good will and everything but is it the only time of need? People need help 365 days a year not just one month. Christmas has lost all meaning to me, it's not what it used to be. I saw on the news that some guy stole the salvation army bucket by beating up the guy who rang the bell. They caught the guy but the money is gone. Why did he do this? Because he hates Christmas. What the hell did the guy do to you? I know the bell ringing is annoying but please.
Tiger Woods gets into an accident. You know the rest of the story. The media over blows everything out of proportion. Leave it alone, even ESPN is running TMZ stuff.
Respect his wishes and move on.
